Medium sized businesses will usually have one or two people working in accounts and administration. Internal environments are extremely diverse from one business to the next, and I can adapt accordingly. A medium sized business will usually require a bookkeeper to perform a broad range of tasks. I specialise in the following:
- Day to day data entry, invoicing (including time billing), debtors and creditors management, super contributions, wages, inventory, bank reconciliations, petty cash, asset management (all types).
- Management of PAYG Instalments, PAYG withholding, GST, Superannuation, Fringe benefits tax, Payroll Tax, Workers Compensation, Business insurance, BAS’s lodged, liaison with ATO when necessary.
- Regular periodical and customised reporting as required, Management and Financial.
